The Sea View tower in Reem Island offers one and two bedroom apartments, with modern facilities. All these apartments are with home automation system, and high speed data connectivity.

The main contractor for Data Telecom and Home Automation System is ECS Global. There are more than 5000 data points and 3000 fiber splicing; and the materials used are from DME PROLINK.

SERTECH is awarded for the data and home automation installation work. The project is under progress.
